Home / Kaylee’s Chronicles – 2025 Road Trip

As Ellie and Carl from Disney's Up taught us, Adventure Is Out There.

In June 2014, my husband decided I needed to leave my comfort zone and travel beyond the California border. He bought a new truck, loaded it up with gear, and told me to get in. Off we went on our first road trip. We took a break last year, preparing for hubby’s retirement. The day has come for he and I to explore the world. 2025 is just the beginning. Oh, and our husky, Deputy Dingo, will be right there with us. That’s a new adventure of its own.

The plan is to post reguarly (weekly at least), upload pictures and share my journey.
Follow me as I find new ways to chill out and find my writing groove again.

We will camp for a few nights in our brand new tent. After that… who knows where we will land. Days… Read more: Prep time
